Liberal Ideas

When you see the most idiotic things happening, you shake your heads and wonder what's next.  The world today as we are experiencing, is just not right.  They've allowed our values to fade into the past.  It's an all out pleasure seeking generation, with no qualms about how they act or who they bother.  Times have certainly changed and I wouldn't consider it for the better.  Hell, has broke loose and there doesn't seem to be a way to stop it.

Balance/Scales

Here you have a unique product, which carries huge weight and responsibility.  These units are made so specific that they can even give you determinations unthinkable by regular human minds.  The  analytical balance  is a product which can be used in laboratory', hospitals and other scientific fields. It wouldn't take me long to get flustered, just trying to get a good concept of it's abilities.

Royal Photos

The attention on the Royal couple has been tainted with the photos taken by new media.  They certainly aren't allowed to be human, with all the pomp and circumstance they invoke.  Yet, you wonder how they can manage to survive emotionally with all the hype surrounding them?  I realize that the public has interest in the couple and their actions.  It's a matter of hiding away in some secluded place.  Can you tell me who that would be possible?  These people are hounded daily by the new media, as they try to maintain a balanced life.  I hear that this latest episode, has ear markings of the Diana death. Rightly so, I would say.

Baby

You see it on every street corner, and wonder why they can't seem to invest in a simply set of maternity clothes  because of their appearances?  When I was young it was the only thing to do.  You needed to be appropriate when you went out in public in your condition.  In other words the generation of today do totally the opposite.  I guess they've become more liberal with their thinking, than when I had babies.

Lazy Cat

 Well here she lies, and it's drizzling out so, she's inside making the most of the cool wet weather.  I can't understand why she would want to be in the house?  The birds dive bomb her, it's cool and rainy and her food is in here.  I have to feed her in here because the renegade cats of the neighborhood take it away from her. Mind you she gets into several scuffles over her yard, but they finally wear her down and take her food.  On in particular, whom the neighbor's have named "Tiger" because of his gray tiger stripes, is a frequent visitor, looking for any morsel left by her.

Jobs

I have work to do, and it's almost like I have to ram a cattle prod up my ass to get me moving.  I've gotten so damn lazy lately, it's not real.  I just can't seem to get my lazy butt moving in the right directions, anymore.  I've spoiled myself so badly I can't get motivated.  Procrastination, in my middle name and it has become a byword as well.  I'll do it later, seems to be the only thing I can manage of  late.

Carpets

There's a spot that you just can't clean on your carpet.  You have some left over carpet from when you installed new.  So, you would like to repair the place where the stain is.  You can get a  carpet cutter  cut out the bad place and take a swath of new carpet, place it in the same hole. The carpet installers would have done the same thing, but now you accomplished something on your own.

That Face

Is it just me or is there other people out there who cringe each time that certain face hits the viewing screen?  I'm so tired of his face being flashed across my TV every time I turn it on.  Now, each time I access a certain website, there he is on the sidebar smiling back at me.  If Obama wanted his face all over the news media and the world he should have been a movie star.  It's for certain he would have been making big money and got his name in lights.  If this man gets re-elected, I am one person who can't wait for the next 4 years to be over with.  Then we can look at someone else's face on our TV screens.

Post Turtle

While suturing a cut on the hand of a 75 year old Oklahoma rancher, whose hand was caught in a gate while working cattle, the doctor struck up a conversation with the old man.

Eventually the topic got around to Barack Obama and his bid to be our President.

The old rancher said,'Well, ya know, Obama is a 'post turtle'.'

Not being familiar with the term, the doctor asked him what a 'post turtle' was.

The old rancher said, 'When you're driving down a country road and you come across a fence post with a turtle balanced on top, that's a 'post turtle'.'

The old man saw a puzzled look on the doctor's face, so he continued to explain.

'You know he didn't get up there by himself, he doesn't belong up there, he doesn't know what to do while he is up there, and you just want to help the dumb ass get down.'

DNC

Thank God, the "Cowboy game" was on last night.  I wasn't interested in seeing Clinton, get up there and gravel in front of the DNC and Obama.  You could tell that the DNC and Obama had set up a plan to get him in the place where endorsement was the only way.  I feel sorry and disgust for his endeavor in trying to get the American people to believe that he believed what he was saying.  You can only remember when Ms. Clinton was an opponent against Obama.  Now, after all this time they have finally put him in their grip and swaying him to endorse the wrong person.  Actually, I wonder if there is a right person, considering the other front runner?  It's too bad that Ms. Clinton didn't over step things and run.  At least that would have given us more to choose from.

Old Man

I was visiting my daughter and son-in-law last night
when I asked if I could borrow a newspaper.

"This is the 21st century, old man," he said.

"We don't waste money on newspapers. Here, you can borrow my iPad."

I can tell you, that freaking fly never knew what hit it...........

Does anyone else find it disturbing that is just 3 days, we know more about James Holmes than we do about Barrack Obama?
