I wonder.....how many of you are as tired of this crap of racial rioting, shootings, looting, arson's, police attacks and other happenings as I am?  
How much more are we the American people going to deal with?  This shit is getting out of hand and you know it!  Next time it may be your child, father, mother, brother, sister or someone you don't even know.  Still, if the crap keeps up, there most certainly will be a next time, repeatedly.  You can't even drive down the road in peace, without fear of pissing someone off and getting involved in "road rage" traps.  This world we're living in is going to hell fast!  Damn it!

The start of a rain delayed race, that happened more than once.  This race had several pile ups causing many driver's to loose their place in the race.  The winner was once again, Carl Edwards.  Congrats to a great driver.

Dying

I notice that of late there have been many notable people passing away.  Mandela, Ray Price, and Tom Laughlin.  These have been the most recent that I have known about.  It's a sad thing that these people had to pass on, but I know that they were ill and tired.  So, I can only say, RIP

What Next?

It never ceases to amaze me the way that some celebrities project themselves.  When one comes off with bazaar clothing and designs, it seems that others follow suit.  I assume it's to get attention and that's a yucky way to do it.  This " Lady Gaga" has put forth different effects which has given vent to the younger entertainers approach to costumes.  I can't see getting attention as being something to approach in that manner.  I'm just too old to see why someone has to go that far in the public eye.  They might as well go naked and get the laws on them.  Then they would get attention for sure.

AMA

I found that the AMA's were going to be on last night and therefore I made special plans not to watch it.  At least I missed most of it and was able to see the Dick Clark memorial, and the final few minutes of the program.  I'm not one to go for all the loud "hiphop" stuff, so being old, I left that to the young people.  Watching a DVD helped my bide my time till most of it was over.
