A What If?

If 20 million illegal aliens returned 'home', the U.S. Economy would return to the rule of law. Employers would hire legal American citizens at a living wage. Everyone would pay their fair share of taxes because they wouldn't be working off the books. That would result in an additional $401 Billion in IRS income taxes collected annually, and an equal amount for local, state and city coffers. 

No more push '1' for Spanish or '2' for English. No more confusion in American schools that now must contend with over 100 languages that degrade the educational system for American kids. Our overcrowded schools would lose more than two million illegal alien kids at a cost of billions in ESL and free breakfasts and lunches. 

We would lose 500,000 illegal criminal alien inmates at a cost of more than $1.6 billion annually. That includes 15,000 MS-13 gang members who distribute $130 billion in drugs annually would vacate our country.

Just One

 

Recently this building was started with the progress of the men, who are building it.  As yet we aren't certain, what type of business it will be, since there are several going up, here in this area, in front of the new Walmart.  It may turn out to be a restaurant, since it's been said by the City's Mayor, that there will be one or two built in out town.

Winter Days

What a beautiful sunny morning.  It's one of those days that the world looks so perfect.  The temps are not what we would like, but what can you expect of winter days?  Yesterday, being one of the "weekend days", was cloudy and cold.  It seems to happen this way on a weekend and during the work week the days are sunny and nice. 
Texas, has had a very weird winter, this year at the very start.  It ended 2015, with a bang of weather's blast.  We don't relish another holiday like the last one and hope that type of weather stays away from now on.
Our house seems to be colder on the inside than it is when you go outdoors.  Now, how can that be?  I suppose the insulation is not what we need for protection from the cold.  Yet, you would think, that if it's nice and warm outdoors, it would be the same inside?  Understand that one.

How nice to find the one condo meant for you and your family.  Just think of having one in Florida, where the sea air is nice and the weather gives vibrant times.  You can look online at  miami condos for sale  to shop for a condo, in the Miami area. A beach condo would really make your vacations special, with family and friends.

Nearly 75 years ago, Roosevelt said, ” Lay down your shovels, sit on your asses, and light up a camel, this is the promised land”.

Now Obama has stolen your shovel, taxed your asses, raised the price of camels, and mortgaged the promised land.

 Here is an item which can be used for various occasions.  You can have  personalized pins  made up for certain companies, events, and other situations.  On certain memorial days for our country or state, I like to wear the flag which denotes my affiliation.  You may consider having some made for your company sales reps.

 I have occasion to find that readers from Canada come to this blog, so I will try and give them information that may help them.  You see there are property developments that are needed such as  steel buildings canada  which can give you the correct type of buildings for your needs.  Canada's winters are much colder, so they need materials which will hold up through the hard winters.

Garden

 The town where I live has a rule, which you must meet when putting a swimming pool or pond in your yard.  You must have a fence installed around the area for protection.  I suppose the chance of a small child falling in is the reason for the rule.  The  outdoor garden fountains   are very lovely and give us a feeling of tranquility that only a work of art like these can do.  I would love to have one, but I'm sure the city would give me fits with all the different permits I would have to meet and buy.

The apartment has gotten too small and you really would like to have a home.  Your not ready to buy a home because of your financial situation.  Today, is the time to rent a home that will give you the needed extra space.  You can look online and find  houses for rent by owner  that are ready for your viewing.  You will be able to decide where you would like to live, the size of the home, and the amount of rent you can afford.  Go to the above link and do a search in the areas where are you want to move.
