I received a notice in the mail on Saturday that I hadn't paid my bill for my auto insurance and that I was getting a cancellation notice. I had to wait until this morning for the office to open so I could call and find out what had happened. After arguing with one rep who didn't want to listen to me and finally getting someone in the right department, I was able to get it straightened out. It was about to get on my last nerve that for a minute or two, with the first lady. One thing I don't need is someone trying to run my payments up on me for no reason. Auto insurance in my area is high anyway, since I live in the DFW area of TX.
