I know that it must have taken many jobs in administration to decide which was the best approach to making this implosion happen.  As with any job, especially in administration there is a heavy load of responsibility involved.  Making your way in the business world, carries stress as well as opportunities to advance.  Should you be in the position to embark on a career in administration, then you will need to be educated in that field.  When potential employers scan the resumes of applicants, they look for the most qualified to fill the position.
