Mark Kerrigan, 45, the brother of Olympic figure skater Nancy Kerrigan, reacts as he is arraigned in Woburn, Mass., District Court. Kerrigan has been charged in Massachusetts with manslaughter in the death of their father. His indictment in Middlesex Superior Court was announced Thursday, April 8, 2010.
