Meat.....

 
Here we go again........the FDA is saying that we are getting meat that's contaminated with "Staph" and it's resistant to certain antibiotics.  This leaves us at risk for getting all types of health problems.  Looks like the responsibility to process the meat is resting on the consumers shoulders.  In other words, we must be very careful when handling raw meat, before cooking it.  The problem has been caused by meat producers who use antibiotics on their animals while raising them.  More people are dying per year from this bacteria than from HIV.  That's more than I wanted to know!
