Here We Go Again.......

The court ruling Tuesday overturned Jeffs' convictions on two felony counts of rape as an accomplice. The 54-year-old is serving two consecutive terms of five years to life in the Utah State Prison.
The ruling says a jury received incorrect instructions before considering Jeffs' role in the 2001 nuptials of a 14-year-old girl to her 19-year-old cousin.
Jeffs had been scheduled to appear in a Utah court Tuesday so a judge could ask him to sign a warrant seeking his extradition to Texas. He faces charges of bigamy, sexual assault and aggravated assault there.
