Vitamins....

From time to time, people encounter health problems, which can be adverted with simple additions to their diets.  They can eat certain foods, that can increase the vitamins they need to make their health better.  Sometimes it's necessary to take multivitamins  because of the deficiency their body has.  Doctors will tell the patients to take vitamins to offset any possible problems, that can occur later.
